Touch Banking LogoOur website is mobile friendly and easy to use from your mobile device. However, to do your banking from a mobile device we suggest using our mobile banking app.

Our free app, Touch Banking, allows you to bank on the go, anywhere. Now you can check your account balances, view transactions, transfer money between  EEFCU accounts, deposit checks, pay bills or find a nearby ATM.

The REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE feature allows you to deposit a check from anywhere with your Mobile Device. It’s easy, secure, and convenient. And best of all, it is FREE with the EEFCU’s TouchBanking Mobile App. To deposit a check with your mobile device, follow the instructions below:

  • Step 1. Login to your TouchBanking App and tap the Deposit button (it may be located at the top or bottom depending on the device)
  • Step 2. Endorse the back of the check, with:

  • Step 3. Take a picture of your check, front and back – following the prompts.
  • Step 4. You’re ready to deposit it into your account. Follow the prompts.

*All checks received by 4:45 pm will be processed by 6:15 pm same day. If deposits are made after 4:45 pm the check will be processed the following business day by 6:15 pm.

TouchBanking is available for iOS and Android devices. Just go to Apple’s App Store or Google Play and search for “TouchBanking” Or click one of the links below.

To enable your mobile application with the EEFCU, you will need to do the following:

  1. Log on to Online Banking
  2. Select “Self- Service” Tab
  3. Under “Additional Services”, select “Mobilti”
  4. Select  “Sign Up”
  5. Review “Terms and Conditions” , check box, and hit “Continue.”
  6. You will see an App Code that you will need to activate the Touch Banking app.
  7. Download the “Touch Banking” Mobile Application from the Google or  iPhone App Store.
  8. Enter the App Code you received earlier.  If you forget the code, call the EEFCU and we will be happy to assist you.
  9. You log-in for your mobile device is the same as your log-on for Online Banking, including your User ID, Security Code and Challenge Questions.
