We realize that some of our members are experiencing issues getting to the Online Banking Page when selecting the tab located on the EEFCU Home Page. This problem is currently being addressed and we will keep members updated as we know more. Rather than being redirected to the Online Banking Page as usual, some members are encountering a black screen. The Mobile Banking app appears to be working fine.
Logging in from another device may temporarily solve this problem. Some members have been able to log in from their PC but not their phone or tablet while others have encountered the opposite.
Another temporary solution is to type the Online Banking link (https://www.financial-net.com/registerguardfcu/) directly into the address bar, rather than attempting to access Online Banking via the tab on the Home Page. Doing so should direct you to the EEFCU Online Banking page. However, if you do not recognize the Online Banking page you are taken to, please do not proceed. Instead try retyping the URL. If you are still experiencing problems contact the Credit Union.
