EEFCU’s Fraud Text Alerts Message is Changing

In mid-November, the verbiage on our Fraud Text Alerts received by members will be updated. The updated language will clarify instructions on how to respond when an alert is received.

Example:

Existing Verbiage: Free MSG-EEFCU: $15.49 on card 0000 at Any Coffee House. If valid reply YES, fraud NO. To Opt Out, STOP.

Updated Verbiage: Free MSG-EEFCU: Reply YES or NO if you used credit card ending 0000, at Any Coffee House in OR, $15.49. STOP to opt out.
