Dear EEFCU Members,
EEFCU is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as it has been actively reported in Oregon, as well as its spread in our region and country. In order to keep our employees and members safe, our employees are following the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus. Here is a link to the CDC’s guidelines and recommendations. Although they are common sense, this is a great reminder to become more vigilant and consistent in our daily care.
While we are doing all that we can to assure our staff and members well-being, we will need your help as well. If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, traveled or have been near people with symptoms, please do not come into the credit union. In addition, many of you my just wish to avoid unnecessary trips out. There are other options available to you. Now would be a great to try the following options:
Our Drive-Thru – Please be patient and have your transactions ready. We are anticipating a larger volume of users.
Online Banking – Use this resource to make transfers and payments- Log in to our website – www.youreecu.org and go to the Online Banking Tab in the upper right corner. If you already have an account, Log-in, if not, follow the instructions provided. If you are having trouble, call us for assistance – 541-988-9059.
Mobile Banking – Our Touch Banking App is available for your Mobile Devices. To use our Mobile App, you must first have an Online Banking Account. Once you have an Online Banking Account, there are instructions listed on our Mobile Banking page on our Website. Follow the instructions, don’t forget #3, to select “Mobiliti” to get the activation code. Then download the appropriate app and follow the instructions listed. If you are having trouble, call us for assistance at 541-988-9059.
ATM’s – You can use an ATM to get cash, make deposits, or do a balance inquiry. Co-Op ATM Locators are on our website under helpful links, or on the Online Banking or Touch Banking App.
Phone us with Questions – We are here to help. We do ask your patience since we do anticipate higher volumes of phone calls. Once again, for simple transactions or balance inquiries, try our Online Banking or Touch Banking Mobile App. 541-988-9059
If you become a victim of the economic realities of a wide-spread illness and seek council on how best to prepare or survive financial harm, give us a call. We are here to help our membership as best we can.
Once again, we are preparing the best we can and monitoring our Credit Union and community’s situation. At this point we will be operating as normal. Please continue to watch our Website or FB for updated information.
Thank you,
Carolyn Stahly, CEO
