ANNOUNCING THE RE-OPENING OF OREGON’S COVID-19 MORTGAGE RELIEF PROGRAM
The Oregon Homeownership Stabilization Initiative (OHSI), Oregon’s Hardest Hit Fund program, will resume accepting homeowner applications on September 14th, with an estimated $20 million available for homeowner assistance.
In response COVID-19 crisis, OHSI is reopening its reinstatement program. Below are the key eligibility requirements:
- Delinquency began after January 1, 2020 due to a financial hardship
- Household income does not exceed 160% of the state median income
- PITIA is not more than 45% for current monthly household income
