As Tax season wears down, our staff realized that we many of our members do not keep or have easy access to their paper statements. We answered a lot of questions for members regarding information found that can be found on the statements or had to charge members for past copies of statements that were misplaced or thrown away. Are you aware that as a member of the EEFCU you are eligible to have eStatements in lieu of paper statements. Are you aware of the benefits of using our eStatements option? eStatements allow you to get all the information you need, for any of your accounts here at EEFCU. This is a FREE service we provide, and a convenient option with a variety of benefits:
- eStatements reduce the risk of identity theft by delivering your eStatement securely to your inbox instead of your mailbox.
- No need to keep files for all your statements for the different accounts you have with us. We store them on our site for up to 2 years.
- You can access your credit union statement at your convenience – day or night, save it to a file, or print it for your records.
- You have quicker access to your statement – instead of waiting for paper statements to be processed and mailed. We send you an email to let you know when it’s ready. * You must provide a valid email address to receive emailed notification.
- They are environmentally friendly. No paper means no trees are used to produce your eStatements.
